Progress Report: Week 9

To describe the last week, I would like to quote a poster I saw once:

"I'd do anything to be skinny, except eat right and exercise."

I had a rough go of it eating-wise this last week, and I'm not sure why.  I just like to eat I guess.  And when I say eat, it's not the healthy stuff, it's cookies, pie, candy bars, etc.

Despite my poor eating, I did manage to get some really good work outs in, running a total 20 miles during the week and getting some good sweats going on the bike.

As a result I lost 1.4 pounds this week!  Total lost to date 12.2 pounds.  Next week is the goal time frame to lose 20 pounds.  It will be a tough week to try to lose 8 pounds (which isn't safe anyway), but we will see how close I come.
